PokeTCGBot is a fan-made project, built independently and with no profit motive. There is no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement from The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, or Twitch Interactive.

Pokémon and every name, symbol, and card image from the trading card game are trademarks and copyrighted material owned by their respective holders. Everything here is used non-commercially, purely for the entertainment of the communities that watch these streams.

Card images come from TCGdex, and trainer avatars come from each viewer's own Twitch account. Besides the card images themselves, the site and bot don't use any official Pokémon Company artwork.
